Used to stay here previous trips for the location in Medan city centre. Room seems to have been renovated since last stay. Booked on trip.com on the way to the hotel. Waited 10 minutes at the front desk for the information to reach hotel. Check-out next morning was as prompt.

The location is strategically placed. But the hotel is. Little aged and outdated. The tiles in the toilet are stained but idk not dirty. It’s just a very aged hotel. Breakfast was amazingggg
